As a small family run business, if you can, it would help us if customers would accept their refunds in vouchers to use at a later date. This will help us when we reopen and to keep our staff in jobs.
Vouchers issued as a result of a cancellation due to coronavirus can exchange them for refund at a later date.
Vouchers issued as a result of a cancellation due to coronavirus can use those vouchers as a store credit for our online shop selling beers, wines & spirits delivered locally or for our takeaway service. Of you would like to exchange your vouchers, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that card refunds are taking longer than usual. This is due to the current lockdown. We have to pay our card processors on invoice before they release funds. It takes around 5-10 days for this to happen
If you are waiting for cheques or vouchers, we send these out but are aware that there may be delays in your postal area.
